or prepared by Montana Title & Escrow. In the event any of the posted Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions contain any covenants or restrictions based on race, color, religion,
sex, handicap, familial status or national origin, Montana Title & Escrow expressly disclaims any responsibility for such covenants and restrictions. Further,
any exception to coverage for any such C,C & R's contained in any title insurance commitment, policy of title
insurance or other title assurance product will contain an omission to any covenants or restrictions based on race, color, religion,
